You are not broken.
Your body is speaking.
And within it, there is wisdom.

Coming home to me means: coming back home to your body, your life, even that there are symptoms of MS.

A Four-Phase Retreat for MS Recovery

Moving beyond conventional care, this retreat blends evidence-based rehabilitation with therapeutic movement, art, and nature immersion to foster deep healing. Over four transformative weeks, you will move from foundational regulation to lasting integration, returning home empowered with sustainable routines to support your well-being.

This 4-week rehabilitation retreat in nature is designed for women with MS who are ready to move beyond survival — and gently reclaim vitality, resilience and creative life force.

Over four weeks, we guide you through a carefully designed rehabilitation process:

Week 1 – Regulation
Stabilising the nervous system. Deep rest. Safety in the body.

Week 2 – Restoration
Metabolic support. Hormonal balance. Anti-inflammatory nourishment.

Week 3 – Reconnection
Movement therapy. Creative practices. Emotional integration.

Week 4 – Integration
Sustainable routines. Life design. Returning home empowered.

Each day includes: Guided nervous system practices, therapeutic movement adapted to MS, anti-inflammatory meals,  education sessions and art therapy.

  • Horse therapy

  • Sharing groups

What Sets Our Retreat Apart

Anti-Inflammatory Nutrition

Chronic low-grade inflammation plays a significant role in autoimmune processes.

During the retreat we:
        •       Introduce anti-inflammatory nutrition principles
Use Only organic food
        •       Stabilise blood sugar
        •       take out processed foods
        •       Support mitochondrial function
        •       Ensure adequate omega-3 and micronutrient intake

Rather than imposing a rigid diet, we use the four weeks as an exploration phase to discover:

What reduces inflammation in your body?

Hormonal & Cycle Awareness

Female physiology matters.

Hormonal fluctuations influence:
        •       Immune activity
        •       Energy levels
        •       Mood
        •       Inflammation
        •       Symptom intensity

We support:
        •       Hormone panel assessments (when appropriate)
        •       Cycle tracking
        •       Correlating symptoms with cycle phases
        •       Understanding stress-hormone interaction

Many women discover for the first time:

“My symptoms are not random.”

They are patterned.
And patterns can be worked with.

Food Sensitivity & Microbiome Testing

The gut is a major immune organ.

We may include:
        •       Comprehensive microbiome analysis
        •       Stool testing
        •       Selected food sensitivity markers
        •       Assessment of gut barrier integrity

The goal is not restriction.
The goal is clarity.

By understanding gut-immune interaction, participants can identify:
        •       Potential inflammatory triggers
        •       Dysbiosis patterns
        •       Nutrient absorption issues

The Immune System & MS

In MS, the immune system mistakenly targets parts of the central nervous system.

This dysregulation is influenced by:
        •       Stress load
        •       Gut-immune interaction
        •       Hormonal environment
        •       Metabolic stability
        •       Environmental triggers

We cannot promise to “fix” the immune system.
But we can create conditions that reduce unnecessary immune activation and support regulatory pathways.

Four weeks give us time to observe.

To test gently.

To adjust.

To individualise.

Metabolic Insight & Blood Sugar Monitoring

Metabolic instability can amplify fatigue, mood swings and inflammatory stress.

For a defined period, participants may:
        •       Monitor glucose variability
        •       Observe how sleep impacts glucose
        •       Notice stress responses in real time
        •       Understand individual carbohydrate tolerance

Seeing physiological responses in real time often creates a profound shift:

Symptoms become data.
Data becomes understanding.
Understanding becomes agency.

Medical Supervision & Safety

Your safety is our highest priority.

The retreat is co-founded and medically guided by a health coach with formal medical training, and supported by an experienced emergency medical professional.

We work responsibly and within clearly defined boundaries:
        •       This retreat does not replace neurological care
        •       It does not replace prescribed MS medication
        •       It does not interfere with ongoing immunotherapy without medical coordination

Participants remain under the care of their neurologists.

Our role is complementary and integrative.

Responsible Functional & Lifestyle Medicine

All testing and assessments (microbiome, metabolic monitoring, hormone panels) are conducted responsibly and interpreted within medical context.

We do not promise cures.
We do not withdraw medication.
We do not make unrealistic claims.

Our intention is to strengthen the body’s regulatory capacity —
while respecting established neurological treatment.

Understanding creates clarity.
Clarity builds confidence.
And confidence restores self-leadership.
